Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Annie Nail Spa, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients.  We understand that plans may change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable.  This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling appointments.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

a. Customers are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling.  This allows us to accommodate other customers and adjust our schedules accordingly.

b. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone of the location that you have your booking, otherwise you can cancel it by yourself over our online booking app, providing the necessary details of your appointment.

c. Failure to provide adequate notice or repeated cancellations may result in a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any refund, if applicable.

  1. Refund Policy:

a. Refunds for prepaid services will be issued according to the following guidelines:

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice: Full refund of the prepaid amount.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice: Refund of the prepaid amount minus a cancellation fee.
  • No-show appointments:  No refund will be issued for no-shows.

b. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the transaction.

c. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  1. Late Arrivals:

a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause late arrivals. However, to ensure the best experience for all our customers, we may need to modify or shorten your service if you arrive late.

b. In such cases, the full service fee will still apply, as our technicians are allocated time based on your original appointment.

  1. Service Satisfaction:

a. We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please let us know immediately during your appointment, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

b. We do not offer refunds solely based on personal preferences or dissatisfaction after the service is completed.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances:

a. In exceptional circumstances, such as a sudden illness or emergencies, we understand that cancellations may be unavoidable. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

  1. Rescheduling:

a. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

b. Rescheduling requests made with adequate notice will not incur any additional fees.

  1. Policy Changes:

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our website.
